Neil Billings promoted to Sr. Project Manager

Derivi Castellanos Architects (DCA) is excited to announce the promotion of Neil Billings to Sr. Project Manager! Neil previously worked for DCA from 2002-2012 and we were fortunate when he joined us again in 2020 as a Project Manager. With unwavering leadership and superior technical skills, he ensures that DCA always serves our clients to the highest degree possible. Neil is a consummate mentor, helping to train our younger staff and eagerly supporting our architects and project leaders. He is the epitome of “lead by example,” fostering the trust and respect of all who work with him.

Neil is originally from Fiji and served as a licensed architect in his home country before coming to the U.S.He has three children, including a daughter who is a petroleum engineer, a son who is a network systems analyst and a younger son who is in his final year of obtaining a kinesiology degree. Neil loves travelling with his family to different countries and observing the unique cultures and traditions. He also enjoys deep sea fishing and following the World Rugby Sevens Series.

Neil is highly skilled with multitasking and recently managed the design of multiple Career Technology Education projects for Tranquility High School while managing several modernization projects for Oak Grove School District. Working hard, working smart and leading by example are reasons Neil is able to facilitate such efficient work flow for our clients.
